What development/edit requests can I send?

Typically the requests are theme or plugin installations, small edits to your page/post, customizing the theme (changing color/fonts), resolving cache issues, configuring sliders and so on.

Depending on your plan, each development request should be no more than 30 minutes. That way we focus on your website as a whole. If there are requests that go over your plan hours we will notify you of the

What is your typical response time?

We aim to resolve support tickets within 48 hours. If it is urgent we will try and resolve it within 24 hours.

What are you hours of technical support?

Our support hours are 9am – 5pm PST, 7 days a week.

Do you build WordPress websites?

Yes we can help you build your website from the ground up. This will be outside of our packages and will be given a project estimate based on your requirements.
