Customer Support
Typically the requests are theme or plugin installations, small edits to your page/post, customizing the theme (changing color/fonts), resolving cache issues, configuring sliders and so on.
Depending on your plan, each development request should be no more than 30 minutes. That way we focus on your website as a whole. If there are requests that go over your plan hours we will notify you of the amount of hours and additional cost per hour.
We aim to resolve support tickets within 48 hours. If it is urgent we will try and resolve it within 24 hours.
Our support hours are 9am – 5pm PST, 7 days a week.
Yes we can help you build your website from the ground up. This will be outside of our packages and will be given a project estimate based on your requirements.
Pricing & Support
If you go over your plans hours, we charge an additional $40 per hour.
Yes, we believe month to month is the best with no locked in subscription for you to worry about.
We accept all major credit cards and international cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Yes, if you wish to upgrade your support plan, just email us with your information and we will happily make it happen for you.
Technical
We will roll it back before the updates have been taken place. You will be notified immediately via email. We will then investigate what the cause is and notify you if there will be any pending charges. We will then outline what we can do and you can authorize the procedure.
At the moment, no.
If you website is hacked, we will roll it back to a previous clean backup and use a clean up repair service that will be available for additional cost. We cannot guarantee it will happen again but we do our best to protect the site. Even outdated plugins will security holes that hackers can get into. We will advise what is best for you with outdated plugins and themes.
We will email you a form once you sign up with the necessary login information and additional information needed to support your site.
